We require all clients to book a consultation with our braider. This ensures accuracy, we pride ourselves on providing clients with the correct service. Consults help to answer any questions or address any concerns clients may have.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be canceled or scheduled 24 hours prior to the original booking date. In the event, the booking is not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior, customers will be billed for the full service. Must be paid in full in order to book again.
